S-band Radio Module
A 5 W CCSDS S-band radio
for aerospace and space.
A full-duplex software-defined radio for aerospace and space applications, including spacecraft, unmanned aircraft and test instrumentation. A space-rated variant is available. It fits a small metal box with a Micro-D bus connector, runs from a 15–40 V bus, connects over Ethernet, and uses parts selected with US defense supply-chain rules in mind.

Defense-Aligned Supply Chain
- No makers headquartered in China, Hong Kong, Russia, Iran or North Korea
- Bill of materials avoids tantalum capacitors, ferrite isolators and copper-tungsten
- Parts selected with NDAA sections 848, 889 and 5949, 10 USC 4873, DFARS 252.225-7052 and DFARS 252.246-7008 in mind
- Per-lot country of origin and plant locations confirmed at order
Defense-aligned describes design and part selection. It is not a certification or a claim of NDAA, TAA or DFARS compliance, or of MIL-STD qualification. Some parts from approved makers may be manufactured in PRC plants. Compliance depends on the fabricator, assembler and part lots for each order and on the requirements in your contract, and we will work through them with you when quoting.
Data and CCSDS
- AD9364 transceiver with up to 56 MHz channel bandwidth
- Designed for CCSDS framing and coding in FPGA gateware
